To me Interweave is about the interconnectedness of all things – from the smallest microbe on our lovely planet to the greatest celestial body in the Universe. We fit in there somewhere and the key is it’s not just humans here, we are connected to it all
I’m not a high flying trainer with a degree. I’m more of a working alongside sort of person, keen to encourage personal focus and goals, effective and timely communication, respectful and supportive relationships and value the inate wisdom we each have that contributes to the best outcomes in our teams and projects for the good of all.
As a manager I was a bit light on the management skills e.g. finances and contracts but I did focus on relationships and communication, focussed meetings and individual development. That’s what interests me, the way we develop and maintain cohesion within our organisations and teams.
